Disclaimer
It is important to note that While EFT has produced remarkable clinical results, it must still be considered to be in the experimental stage and thus practitioners and the public must take complete responsibility for their use of it. You agree to take full responsibility for your own physical health and the use of EFT. Further, Gary Craig, the developer, is not a licensed health professional.
EFT is not intended to replace any relationship with a qualified health care professional and is certainly not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are under the care of any health professionals (or should be), we strongly encourage you to discuss modifications in your diet, lifestyle, exercise program, nutrition, or use of EFT with them prior to making any changes, and never discontinue or reduce prescription medications without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. I have read and understand the above statement.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)
Negative emotional experiences disrupt the energy meridians that run through your body. The physical changes you feel from those disruptions, like nausea or anxiety, become attached to the memory of that experience and affect the way we see the world, until you heal the disruption.
Properly applied, EFT quickly realigns the energy meridians with respect to negative memories, disconnects the physical discomfort that you attach to it and quite often removes the resulting symptoms. Unlike other energy healing
methods, EFT incorporates an emotional element to the healing process, addressing unresolved emotional issues as a likely cause of physical disease, psychological dysfunction and personal performance limits.
An experienced EFT practitioner can guide you in applying EFT to more challenging issues, as well as teach you to use EFT effectively on your own.
